Some recommendations about how to choose proper dicing blade:

1. Blade thickness must be equal or greater than Blade_Exposure / 12. For example, if we blade exposure 1.5 mm, we should use blade with 0.125 mm thickness (1.5 / 12 = 0.125 mm).

2. Blade diamond grain size should be chosen from the following table:

3. Blade thickness must greater then sum of numbers in diamond grain size definition. For example, if we need to dice Ferrites, we should choose blade with 60/40 diamond grain size. Minimal blade thickness for blades is 60+40=100 µm.
